Management to maintain and continually improve the ‘QUALITY’ of what we do, and competitively advantage both company,
customers and all other interested parties associated to Riyadh Furniture.
The management team of RFI recognize that the success of any Quality Initiative is directly depend upon the Commitment and
Leadership of Management. Accordingly, the following principles are an integral part of our philosophy and the means by which
Quality Policy will be achieved.
QUALITYASSURANCE
Quality assurance is maintained rigorously by following QAmanual based on ISO-9001:2000. To enhance the quality of specific
furniture, RFI quality assurance team conducts and follows the test procedures as per international standards (ANSI/BIFMA &
SEFA)
Raw materials: On receiving raw materials they are inspected by quality assurance team to meet the properties laid down in
purchase orders and reference tomanufacturer’s certificate.
RFI’s quality assurance team guarantees on delivery the specified quality and upon request, will furnish a certification of
inspection stating that the material has been manufactured, stamped, tested and inspected in accordance with the international
standards.
Chemical analysis: RFI’s lab team for Liquid painting, Powder coating, Electro plating as well as unit for painting wooden
furniture strictly maintains a chemical analysis chart for each and every batch of production as per the applicable standards.
To meet the best quality, essential specifications and international standards our quality assurance team conducts the following
tests on sophisticated equipment.
1, Desk & Tables:
All furniture Proceed through Stability, Strength, Static, Fatigue tests & Impact tests.
2. Seating:
Backrest strength static -Type-I, II & III, Base, Drop, Swivel, Tilt mechanism,
Seating durability, Arm strength-Vertical/Horizontal, Caster durability, Leg strength,
Footrest durability, and Manually adjustable seat depth.
Note:
All seating furniture proceed through Static, Dynamic & Cyclic tests.
3. Lab & Fume hood:
As per the international standards ASRAE 110/1995. Following test are conducted.
* Face Velocity Test. (Acceptable 75 to 125 FPM, RFI maintain 100 + 10% FPM)
* Trace Gas Test. (Acceptable 0.1 PPM, RFI maintain less than 0.05 PPM)
* Smoke Test. (RFI maintain 0% leakage by Visualization)
